Amazon Prime has introduced a new show: Upload. This looks at a near-future world grappling with the impact of the upload of dead people to virtual "heavens."
Quotation marks used because the show is a comedy and the problems of the "heavens" are the basis for much of the humor. It's reminding me of "The Good Place" in that regard.
There's a bigger plot, something about the protagonist possibly being murdered for attempting to democratize virtual heavens, but so far it's focusing on the comedy and technology.
After reading about uploading in OA for years, it's interesting to see if on the little screen.
