New theory of General Relativity may not require Dark Matter

I'm not hugely knowledgeable of such things, but still found this interesting, and thought some members here may have more information either in support, or contrast of this article I read;

The DM explanation I'm currently rooting for is Anapole Dark Matter.

(Of course, I don't have the greatest of track records in such things - I found Heim Theory fascinating for a while.)
