New Names and Insights at Ceres

This might help us name a few civilization centres on Ceres proper.

I have already added Rongoville to the Ceres main article. I have no idea where the placename Hamada came from in the Early Years article; possibly a very early map based on Hubble observations, but we can change it now.

Incidentally that map is public domain, so we could use it on the site directly.

Which is as it should be, given that all NASA's money comes from the public through taxes they have no choice about paying.

I couldn't find a labelled map of Vesta, so I added named to this topographic map, taking the names from the geological survey
