We have adjusted a portion of the instructions for Encyclopaedia Galactica submissions concerning when a proposal is required before a full draft. The revised text is below:
Quote:Authors new to Orion's Arm are required to begin by posting a summary or outline of their proposed article or article update to the Encyclopaedia Galactica Articles sub-forum, thus enabling potential issues to be addressed more easily, prior to the first full draft. The thread this creates will then be used to host the first and subsequent drafts of the new or updated article as well as any discussions that take place as part of its development. Article threads should be titled with the name of the new or updated article to be created. Experienced authors (those who have had an article published on the EG) may post new article drafts directly, though of course their drafts are still subject to feedback and review.
