Does anyone have any data on the question of how much (if any) privacy humans actually need?

This paper, while not quantifying a specific amount required, does suggest that privacy is far from unnecessary, especially in societies wealthy enough to pursue it. As a WAG, I might suggest that in a society as affluent as is typically portrayed in the OA setting a minimum of one-third to one-half of each 24-hour period be taken up by non-public unmonitored activities.
