The entropy radiator could be a flat ring, extending outwards from the 1AU line; basically a heat radiator. This shape would prevent the radiator from radiating heat back onto the processor core (but not completely, of course). Sure you could keep the core very cold, but the cooling process itself would emit heat, so the overall temperature of the core plus radiators (when considered as a whole) would increase.
