My project was called the IOC(inhabited Orbital Complex) it is a design template published in the 2200s. It was built in several locations, Cerian Orbit, Callisto Orbit, and the lagrangian points of Titan.

The IOC has a radius of 209m and makes a rotation every 1.85 seconds. It provides a gravity of 0.8G. It is divided into the central core and the inhabited ring. It is powered by a small (D-D)fusion reactor located at the blue end of the central core.
