Orwell would be a very interesting planet to write about. Most garden worlds have minimal habitation, since terragen civilisation could interfere with the natural development of these important worlds; but Orwell has a minimalist 'skyscraper' infrastructure pattern, designed to avoid too much cross-contamination between the native species and the colonists'.
