Looking through the EG, we have a LOT of entries that really don't seem to have much to directly do with OA or that are basically multiple tiny articles each describing essentially the same thing using different terms.
Rynn and I recently worked on the Autofabricator article that, among other things, folded up a bunch of smaller nanotech articles into one larger article and which should then allow us to get rid of the smaller articles as redundant once the main article goes up on the site.
What I'm proposing here is that we should go through the EG with an eye for doing more of this: consolidating (or sometimes even removing) the large numbers of small article that either aren't directly relevant to OA or which would work better as part of a larger work.
On a related note, does anyone have examples of this kind of thing they would like to call out for consolidation?
Thoughts?

With the exception of Daat (which at this point seems to work as a standalone), I've consolidated all the other entries here onto the Neohermeticism page.

Please look it over and let me know if it needs any additional tweaking. Once we have it finalized, I'll remove or lock out the other pages.
Thanks!

Good idea. I'm a linguist, so I'll have a look at the linguistics section.
As for the Archaiology category.
Daat is missing. While not an active Archailect, it used to be part of the same theory.
Cyberhermeticism is only mentioned as an early form of Neohermeticism and might be merged.
Sephira offers no further information.
Atzilut is the hermeticist word for being an Archailect. There is also a word for not being an archailect. I don't find the article right now.
Archailectology, Schools of... and ... Mysticism might be rewritten as a single article.

Daat has been added to the consolidated article, which has also been reordered a bit to fit the order of the sephirot (Thanks QueEIEs!).
Will look over these other items and see what consolidating can be done.
In addition, it's also been suggested that we could consolidate a number of articles dealing with mass-beam technology and dynamic compression members into a single EG entry.
Also, combining the various very small articles on extremophiles and related elements into one as well as doing something similar with the many small geology articles we have floating around.
Please post any additional suggestions here and will post periodic progress reports on consolidation efforts as they progress.
Thanks!

We can consolidate the EG or the web in general, and put our suggestions here.

Edit Reason: grammar

I suggest that we can consolidate these two articles in the same article:

http://www.orionsarm.com/eg-article/46d38510904a3 Neural Implant, Neural Interface, DNI

A good idea. What should we call the consolidated article? Mass Stream Technology is probably the most comprehensive title, but it doesn't highlight the killer app for this tech, which is probably the Orbital Ring.

How about 'Orbital Rings and Mass Stream Technology'? Or is that a bit too long?
