You've made at least two. Found this when I was checking the OA galleries if perhaps those signs were already in use.

Tiny, but recognisable details for concept artist to use in their work. Small additions like this often help add the finishing touch and make the various machinery and gadgetry more believable. Not sure about any particular article at the moment, though there are probably many where these would fit.
