Question about the arecibo message

I know that the arecibo message is destined for the M13 cluster located in the Hercules constellation but are there any star systems between M13 and the solar system that may have already received the message or will receive it in the near future?

M13 is around 25,000 ly away so the message will 'pass through' a large number of systems, probably hundreds of thousands and possibly tens of millions or more en route.

I don't know how tight the beam is, but stars like Zeta Herculis, Mu Herculis, and others in that constellation may have already received this message.
