Another reader joining the forums - Nyeti - 02-24-2025
Hello all!
Nye or Nyeti here, a longtime reader and enjoyer of the Orion's Arm project.
I'm based in the North of England where I work as a transport engineer. My interests are pretty broad but unsurprisingly include the classic autistic guy set (space, dinosaurs, trains, RPGs, and the like) besides languages, social history, and whatever else my ADHD draws me to.
This would be my second time involved in a collaborative worldbuilding project - the first was the Akana conlang project - and I've done a bit of writing for LARP, tabletop RPG, and private enjoyment.
The scale and diversity Orion's Arm really appeals to me and at last I'm feeling ready to get involved.

I've also joined the Discord server where I've been asking questions and workshopping an idea I've had about the Sophoncy Virus.
Worldtree - I was known as thedukeofnuke on Akana and the ZBB (the forum that spawned it). I worked on... gosh, four or five substantial grammar sketches and a few smaller projects. Probably I'm happiest with Kataputi, the revised Zele, and Ayčasamo.
