I got temp. suspended from the Discord for accidentally starting a political thread. Same rules here?

The reason for your ban was explained to you.
1. On the first day you joined you immediately called everyone at OA lazy and acted in a way that convinced many members you were a troll. Hence why people began to tag staff. By the time we saw it the only reason you weren’t banned outright is your admission you were projecting your own insecurities. For that you got a warning from me.
2. The very next day you began a conversation about the regulation of fabricators. This was a fine topic which admins took part in. Where you crossed the line was bringing up child pornography repeatedly, for no reason. This made a lot of people uncomfortable and again thinking you were a troll since casually talking about child porn with strangers is not acceptable behaviour.
The combination of these two earned you a seven day ban. This ban may be extended if we are unconvinced you won’t be similarly disruptive.
This subforum is for introductions and not for appealing bans, especially if you’re going to use them to misrepresent the ban reason that was clearly explained to you on discord.
